Nonresident citizens (residents of other subjects of the projects of the Russian Federation)
– In accordance with art. 5 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On medical insurance of citizens-ray in the Russian Federa-tion” medical insurance policy is in force throughout the territory of Russia. On territorial policy MLA nonresident citizens can receive medical care as a place of residence, and in other regions of the Russian Federation, including Moscow.
Routine outpatient and inpatient care in hospitals Moscow Health Department is available to nonresident citizens, in accordance with the terms and conditions of providing medical care for the Moscow city program of MLA, approved by Order of the Committee (the Department) of Health in Moscow and MGFOMS from 12.07.2002, № 352/75, with predyav-lenii territorial policy MLA and passports. Attaching to health care to the clinic on the basis directions of issued by the Health Administrative District of Moscow or the Depart-ment of Health in Moscow (on the sub-subordinate agencies).
Routine patient care in the volume of the Moscow city program CMI nonresident citizens are given the direction issued by the Department of Health in Moscow, upon presentation of territorial policy MLA and passport (in the absence of policy CBOs for objective reasons – only a passport).
