The management system consists of such units: control mechanism, the structure of management; management process. The close connection between the elements of each block, their interactions form a complete management system, where each element performs its role, without which the system becomes ineffective. The mechanism is based on fundamentals, that is, the patterns required in the practice of management. Say senior management must make strategic decisions to delegate powers, rights, responsibility structures in the lower limits of their competence, linking the interests of organizations and individuals, and the like. Define the management objectives – another element of this mechanism. Common sense, realistic goals, understanding their employees and employees of the firm – a pledge of effective action.
